Job Title: Team Leader, Children Residential Home
Reports To: Registered Manager
Location: Wakefield, WK1
Salary: Up to £33,000 inclusive of bonus
Monthly Attendance Bonus: £150
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Sunday, 3 shifts
Sleep / Working Nights: Yes

Career Progression
You will be enrolled in a fast-track Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership in Health and Social Care for Children, with paid study leave, to prepare you for a potential role as a Registered Manager.
Entry Requirements
* Level 3 in Residential in Children and Young People or equivalent
* Experience leading a team shift for 12 months
* Minimum 2 years working with children/young people in a residential setting
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Passion for working with children and their welfare
* Ability to stay calm in challenging situations
* Willingness to train and develop professionally
* DOLS experience
* Positive behaviour management training
* Knowledge of Children’s Home Regulations and Ofsted requirements
* Driving license
