Job Description: At Gregory Distribution, we are seeking a proactive Key Account Handler to support key customer accounts through effective delivery coordination, accurate data management, KPI reporting, and excellent customer service. Working closely with internal teams, you will help resolve issues quickly and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key customer contacts.
2. Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams via email, telephone, and Microsoft Teams.
3. Update customer systems with scheduled collection and delivery time slots.
4. Liaise with transport planners, warehouse teams, and subcontractors to ensure efficient operations and that all collections and deliveries run as planned.
5. Utilise customer-specific Transport Management Systems (TMS) to import, review, and manage delivery information.
