This role could be based from either our Oxfordshire office based in Newbury, onsite at our head office in Nocton or from our parent companies head office in Malmesbury. Requirements Partner with stakeholders across the business to effectively identify, manage and deliver a range of IT, Systems and Finance projects on time, in budget and to scope. Maintain integrated project plans, highlighting key dependencies. Identify appropriate resources required and develop a project or programme plan to achieve the vision/brief Report weekly or as required, and create management dashboards, about project progress, risks, challenges, actions, solutions, and results Manage project level risks, actively identifying mitigations and escalating where appropriate. Identify and communicate the need, obtain sponsorship from senior leaders, develop briefs, scopes and objectives Lead senior stakeholders across the Business to converge and agree the right approach to business and technical problems. Partner with senior stakeholders across the organisation to ready them for business change, i.e. consideration of impact, communication, training, stakeholder management, business readiness, benefits tracking etc. Build robust business cases where expenditure is required and present to appropriate steering committees or decision-makers. Manages changes in project scope, costs, resource and timing within the framework of agreed governance and change control process. Lead effective project or programme teams to deliver successful business outcomes Person Specification At least 5 years experience of working in a project management role with expertise in systems / IT and or Finance projects. Excellent project and change management skills using Prince 2 / APM / APMG / Lean methodologies to execute change. In depth knowledge and experience of all stages of the project life cycle including development of business cases and mobilisation of projects Proven track record of operating successfully in a complex organisation Experience in building relationships with internal and external stakeholders including senior management Confident communication skills, with the ability to interact with individuals with technical and non-technical backgrounds Critical Competencies You are capable of taking the organisation on the journey of change, with first class communication and people skills You can take complex issues and manage them simply, with the ability to articulate these back to senior level stakeholders You are results driven, resilient, love a challenge and have a starter to finisher mentality/ You take accountability for your work, not just focussing on the results but how you execute your work.
