Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Conveyancer to join our client based in their Sutton Coldfield office. This is a full time, permanent role. Please note this is an office based role.

The Role:
5. Independently managing a full conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
6. Handling residential property transactions
7. Providing a high standard of client care throughout the process
Requirements:
8. Minimum of 3 years’ experience independently running your own conveyancing caseload
9. Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process
10. Ability to manage files efficiently and work autonomously
11. Excellent communication and organisational skills
