The Role
As a Trainee Sales Negotiator, you will:
1. Build and maintain relationships with prospective buyers and vendors
2. Arrange and conduct property viewings
3. Support clients through the offer and negotiation process
4. Assist with sales progression from offer agreed through to completion
5. Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the customer journey
6. Generate new business opportunities and contribute to office targets
Trainee Sales Negotiator requirements:
7. Full UK driving licence
8. Strong background in customer service or sales
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
10. Self-motivated, target-driven, and ambitious
11. Professional, personable, and commercially aware
12. Good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
13. Genuine interest in building a career in estate agency
