A typical day in the life of a Spa Therapist:
* Perform a variety of spa treatments including massages, facials, manicures, pedicures, and more, tailored to guests' needs
* Provide professional, high-quality service to ensure a relaxing experience
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and proper use of spa equipment
* Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat visits and referrals
* Promote spa services, special offers, and products based on consultations
* Stay informed about industry trends and techniques to enhance skills
* Adhere to all health and safety guidelines
What we are looking for:
* NVQ Level 2 Beauty Therapy qualification or equivalent
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, customer-focused attitude
* Genuine passion for health, wellness, and customer service
* Ability to establish rapport, build trust, and demonstrate credibility
* Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
Opportunities for further development include completing a Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification. Knowledge of ELEMIS products and treatments, previous experience as a Spa Therapist, or working towards NVQ Level 3 is desirable.
