Overview
Business Development Manager - Lenovo - 18 month FTC (Fixed Term Contract) at TD SYNNEX UK&I. This role blends Customer and Program responsibilities to drive business growth and strengthen customer relationships.

Responsibilities
* Works on small to mid-size accounts of moderate complexity.
* Grow profitable market share by executing the Business Unit strategy in alignment with the agreed plan.
* Take solution and service offerings to key customers.
* Drive sales from the vendor portfolio, including identifying and onboarding new vendors.
* Negotiate and win key tenders and large deals.
* Maintain positive relationships with vendors and stakeholders to position TD SYNNEX as a “Trusted Advisor”.
* Increase customer loyalty and profitability.
* Collaborate with the Field Sales Executive and vendor.
* Engage with key customers and vendor operations, sales and marketing teams.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
* Datacenter experience would be an advantage.
* Commercial awareness and customer focus.
* Excellent communication, initiative and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to influence sales teams and build structured sales activity.
* Self-management, strategic thinking and a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
