This full-time position begins on August 18th and will allow you to serve as an itinerant social worker across two vibrant elementary schools in Lake Villa, IL.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver comprehensive social work services to students across two elementary schools.
* Assess student needs and develop tailored intervention plans.
* Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrative staff to support student well-being.
* Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to address various social and emotional challenges.
* Facilitate crisis intervention and provide support during emergencies.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and services rendered.
* Participate in school meetings and contribute to a positive school climate.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
* Valid Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Social Work endorsement.
* Current School Social Work Licensure in Illinois.
* Strong background in social work within educational settings, particularly with elementary students.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with school staff, families, and community resources.
