CK Group are recruiting for a EHS Specialist, to join one of the top ten companies in the pharmaceutical industry, on a contract basis for 12 months. Salary: Up to £30.78 per hour PAYE, this role is inside IR35. EHS Specialist Role: Providing expert guidance and input on environmental, health, and safety issues during the initial stages of projects. Serve as the primary EHS contact for project teams. Ensure that EHS standards, regulations, and best practices are integrated into project plans and designs. Develop EHS briefing materials and deliver presentations to project stakeholders. Facilitate communication between project teams, ensuring transparency and awareness of EHS issues and solutions. Your Background: Hold a degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Engineering, a related field or have equivalent working experience. Working experience in a EHS role, with a focus on project management or design phases, within the pharmaceutical industry. Comprehensive knowledge of EHS regulations, standards, and industry best practices. Ability to analyse complex data and provide practical EHS solutions. EHS certification (e.g., NEBOSH Diploma) or equivalent is preferred.
