We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Young Persons Team Leader to join our team. As a Team Leader at Change Grow Live, you will be at the forefront of our service delivery. You will lead the delivery of services that support children, young people and their families to overcome substance misuse. You will be responsible for line management of practitioners, alongside the operational management and strategic development of the service, ensuring consistently high professional standards. The role requires a strong focus on young people, promoting harm reduction and resilience, and leading a professional, values-driven team culture committed to excellent service delivery.

Full time Hours: 37.5 per week
Full Time Salary Range: £35,220.59 - £37,184.91 (pro rata if part time hours)
Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.

This commitment ensures the delivery of services remains consistently excellent and that professional standards are not only met but exceeded, as best practices are actively put into place.
4. Pathway Development: Embrace the dynamic capabilities of Skill-Station, CGL’s premier learning and development platform, to discern and address the growth aspirations of your team.
5. Accurate Documentation: Keep detailed records of your interactions with service users and professionals to ensure continuity and quality of care.
