Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)? Do you have the experience, empathy, and resilience to support pupils in achieving their full potential?Key Responsibilities:
* Provide tailored support to pupils with a range of SEND needs, including ASD, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and SEMH.
* Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals to implement individual education plans (IEPs).
* Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
* Support pupils in both classroom and one-to-one settings.
* Monitor progress and contribute to assessment and review processes.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience working with children with SEND in an educational setting.
* A calm, patient, and empathetic approach.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant, SEND training).
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
