Community Engagement & Wellbeing Worker
Location: Balsall Heath
Hours: 21 hours per week (3 days)
Contract: Subject to 6‑month probationary review

About the Role
* Supporting the wellbeing of individuals and families within the community
* Building strong relationships with local groups, organisations, and residents
* Planning and delivering engagement activities, workshops, and outreach sessions
* Signposting individuals to relevant services and resources
* Helping to develop a welcoming, inclusive environment where people feel heard and supported
What We're Looking For
* A warm, approachable communicator who enjoys working with diverse communities
* Experience in community work, wellbeing support, or a related field
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently across three set days
* Someone reliable, motivated, and ready to start as soon as possible
