Applications are invited for the joint role of Anatomy Demonstrator and Clinical Fellow (Core) working with the University of Cambridge Department of Physiology, Development & Neuroscience (PDN) and Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (CUH). These posts are available from 07 August 2024 until 05 August 2025.
Main duties of the job
These posts will allow the successful candidate to acquire many of the essential and desirable criteria for national specialty selection. The posts do not carry Postgraduate Dean’s approval of training recognition but offer the opportunity to gain teaching experience in a supervised environment, receive teaching from experienced senior staff, produce anatomical prosections and participate in research projects.
In order to be considered applicants must have achieved their Foundation Competencies or equivalent and be fully registered with the GMC.

Full Registration and a Licence to Practice with the General Medical Council at time of application is required.
This post may be suitable for those wishing to undertake an “F3” role.
Working for your organisation
The applicant must have demonstrable skills in listening, reading, writing and speaking in English that enable effective communication about medical topics with patients and colleagues, as set out in the GMC’s Good Medical Practice (2013). Non-UK applicants must possess the IELTS/OET exam before obtaining a GMC licence to practice.
