Female Bank Support Worker | £12.71 Per Hour | Flexible Shifts & Sleep-Ins | Supported Living
About the Role
We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and active Bank Female Support Worker to join our Supported Living service, supporting 3 ladies with learning disabilities and Down syndrome to live independently and enjoy fulfilling daily lives.
This is a rewarding and varied role where you will support individuals both at home and out in the community, encouraging independence, confidence and social engagement. We are looking for someone positive and energetic who enjoys keeping active, cooking and music, as these are important parts of the people we supports daily routines and interests.
This role includes sleep-ins from 11pm till 7am and flexibility is essential, as shift patterns may change depending on the needs of the service.
Shift patterns may include:
• 9am 5pm
• 12 till 11pm sleep over
• 9am till 4pm
• 10am till 8pm
• 12pm till 9pm
• 10am till 10pm
• 12pm till 11pm followed by a sleep-in
What you need to know before applying:
You will be supporting 3 ladies with learning disabilities and Down syndrome. Applicants should enjoy being active and engaging in the community. An interest in cooking and music is important for this role.
Salary: £12.71 per hour
Contract: Bank / Zero-hours
