* £23,000 – £26,000 per annum, dependent on experience

We have an exciting new opportunity for an Operations Administrator to join our team at ABHSC. Reporting to the Director of Campus Experience, you will provide critical administrative support across our Operations, Estates, HR and Finance functions.
In this dynamic and varied role, you will have the chance to:
* Administer HR systems and support recruitment, training and compliance
* Maintain estates compliance records and administer building/vehicle access
* Support core finance processes including raising purchase orders, receipting of goods and administration of our debtors process.
* Coordinate events, service meetings and provide executive support to Directors
* Develop new skills and grow your knowledge across a range of functions and services
We are looking for an organised, detail-oriented administrator who can hit the ground running.
The ideal candidate will have:
* 3 A-Levels or equivalent experience; undergraduate degree a plus
* Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally in HR/Finance/Estates
* Excellent IT skills across the Microsoft Office suite
* A proactive, collaborative working style and strong communication skills
* The ability to plan workload, meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality
