About the role:
The
HR Systems Officer (HRIS Analyst) role is a Trust Services role primarily based at Thomas Rotherham College, Moorgate Road, Rotherham, S60 2BE.
Working hours/days
16-20 hpw (within Monday-Friday and 8am-4pm parameters, exact working pattern to be confirmed with successful candidate), 202 days per annum (FTE)

Key duties:
The successful HR Systems Officer (HRIS Analyst)will:
Lead on development, use of and continued implementation of the HR System (CIPHR)
Work as part of the team to support operational aspects of the Service
About you:
The successful HR Systems Officer (HRIS Analyst) should have:
GCSE A*-C in Mathematics, English and hold a qualification at A level or equivalent.
Experience in a similar role and HR Systems.
Recent and relevant experience in the use of spreadsheets and/or data manipulation.
