Key Responsibilities:
* Perform high-quality ultrasound examinations in obstetric, gynaecological, and abdominal imaging.
* Interpret and analyse ultrasound results to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
* Provide a safe and comfortable environment for patients during their examinations.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
* Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
* Stay current with advancements in ultrasound technology and techniques.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Diploma or degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field.
* Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) or equivalent regulatory body.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in obstetric, gynaecological, and abdominal ultrasound.
* Strong technical skills in operating ultrasound equipment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
