Job Description
The Finance Assistant duties include:
3. Daily bank reconciliations
4. Preparing and loading payment runs
5. Posting transactions and supporting double-entry accounting
6. Assisting with month-end tasks
7. General ad‑hoc finance duties as required
The Successful Applicant
The successful Finance Assistant would have:

9. Strong double-entry knowledge
10. Sage/Sage 50 knowledge
11. Confident with posting, reconciliations, and payment processing
12. Ability to work to deadlines
