The Service Administrator will be predominantly responsible for tracking, analysing, and reporting on timesheets for all Systems Service & Minor Works engineers. This will also involve other administrative tasks to be completed as and when required. This role will involve the oversight and review of engineers' timesheets, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficient record-keeping. As a Service Administrator, you will act as a key point of contact between the operations team and payroll/administration departments, driving efficiency and maintaining high standards in timesheet auditing.
Main Duties:
1. Review and verify engineers' timesheets & expenses for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
2. Identify and resolve discrepancies or errors by liaising with engineers and relevant stakeholders.
3. Maintain accurate records of timesheets and associated reports in a secure and organized manner.
4. Collaborate with payroll teams to ensure timely processing of payments based on approved timesheets.
5. Provide regular updates and reports on timesheet accuracy and submission compliance to management.
6. Assist in creating and implementing streamlined processes to improve timesheet submissions and reviews.
7. Respond to queries and provide guidance to engineers regarding timesheet procedures and expectations.
