Job Title: Assembly Specialist Exciting Opportunity with a Growing E-Commerce Brand in the sporting goods industry
Location:Hartlebury, Kidderminster (Worcestershire)
Salary:£26,000 £29,000 + Performance Bonus
Type:Full-time, Permanent
Schedule:MondayFriday 7:30am - 17:00pm (some flexibility and occasional weekend work may be required)

Key Responsibilities
* Carry out hands-on product assembly to a high standard this involves physical work with frame-based components.
* Ensure all builds meet quality expectations
* Collaborate with warehouse, dispatch, and operations teams to keep things moving smoothly.
* Take responsibility for your area - Organisation, and ownership are key.
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in assembly, production, or a similar hands-on environment, that has the willingness to succeed and drive to progress in the company.
* A strong work ethic and genuinedrive to grow and succeed.
* A flexible and adaptable mindset occasional late finishes or weekend work may be required.
