Project Administrator
Office-based (5 days per week)

£30,000 – £35,000
We’re hiring on behalf of a growing and fast-paced organisation in the construction and engineering sector. They’re looking for a Project Administrator to join the team and play a central role in keeping projects running smoothly — from tender submissions to supplier coordination.
This is a hands-on, varied role for someone highly organised, proactive, and confident engaging with clients and suppliers. You'll also provide occasional support to the Managing Director, helping to keep things on track at the top level.
Key Responsibilities – Project Admin Focus:
* Prepare and collate tender submissions
* Coordinate project meetings, bookings, and schedules
* Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to gather quotes and compliance info
* Track project timelines, updates, and documentation
* Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams
* Support document control, version management, and administrative systems
Additional Support to MD:
* Assist with diary and meeting coordination when needed
* Help prioritise deadlines and support internal organisation
What We’re Looking For:
* Solid admin or project coordination experience
* Construction, modular build or engineering experience is essential
* Confident communicator – both with clients and suppliers
* Organised, detail-driven, and proactive
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Simpro knowledge is a bonus)
* Able to work independently and juggle multiple priorities
