This is a standalone role, ideal for a digital marketing professional with a strong B2B background who enjoys autonomy, strategy, and hands-on delivery.Reporting to the Director of Marketing at group level, you will be based at the Uttoxeter site and collaborate closely with the wider UK marketing team. You will also have access to shared resources including graphic design, photography, and a marketing executive for content support. While you won’t have direct reports, you will play a key role in business development and lead generation activity.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and continually improve the company website as a lead generation tool, working with an external digital agency on UX and conversion optimisationDevelop and execute a robust SEO strategy with agency supportOversee paid media campaigns (PPC), monitoring performance and ROI, and contributing to group-level strategyCreate regular marketing reports for internal stakeholders including the board and sales teamsMaximise use of HubSpot CRM for marketing automation, email workflows, and customer segmentationDevelop digital content including blogs, case studies, and thought leadership materialOwn and execute the social media strategy, overseeing content calendars and campaignsWork with the sales team to identify project photography opportunities and stakeholder engagementSupport business development and brand awareness through trade shows and industry association eventsCoordinate post-project customer satisfaction surveysConduct competitor analysis, industry research, and market monitoringProvide occasional marketing support to other UK group business units when neededThe candidateWe are seeking an experienced, commercially focused marketer with strong digital skills and a background in B2B lead generation.
