ClearTec IT is a growing Managed Service Provider based in Essex, supporting SMEs across construction, engineering, manufacturing, security and professional services.
We are looking for a confident and professional IT Support Engineer with at least 2 years' experience in a similar MSP or IT support role.
This is a varied role combining helpdesk support, onsite client work and involvement in projects. It is ideal for someone looking to progress into a more senior or project-focused technical role over time.
The Role
You will:
* Provide 1st and 2nd line support via the helpdesk
* Attend client sites for audits, installations and support tasks
* Install and configure desktops, laptops and user devices
* Assist senior engineers with project delivery
* Support Microsoft 365 environments
* Work across cloud, security, infrastructure and networking
* Contribute to documentation and internal improvements
This is a hands-on, client-facing role with genuine technical variety.
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 2 years' experience in an MSP or similar environment
* Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows environments
* Experience supporting Microsoft 365
* Good understanding of networking fundamentals
* Confident and articulate communicator
* Professional appearance and client-facing manner
* Ability to work independently onsite
* Full UK driving licence
* Right to work in the UK

Pay: £28,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
