We are looking for a Site Operative to join the Facilities team with responsibilities for Site Security and Operations.

Key responsibilities include:
Site Security
To undertake opening and locking proceduresensuring security of the campus as and when requiredwithin the shift pattern rota.
To participate in response service for all fire, intruder,and emergency responses.
Operations:
To check the site daily, keeping the site free of rubbish, debrisand that the waste\recycling service is collected,report any areas of concern to the OperationsSupervisor.
To undertake planned preventative maintenancesuch as gutter and drain clearing.
Working hours : 40 hours per week.Monday Friday 07:00 16:00 (1-hour unpaid lunch break). Willbe on the weekend rota (covering 07:00 16:00) one weekend in every 8 weekends.
Working weeks: 52 weeks per year
Pay Banding: (11-14) £25,397 to£26,278
