You’ll be at the heart of a creative, inclusive charity — championing artists with learning disabilities and additional support needs, and ensuring they’re supported with dignity, care, and genuine purpose. This is a full time permanent role. About the role No two days will look alike. As Inclusion & Outcomes Delivery Manager, you’ll lead a hands-on programme that touches every part of the organisation — from studio sessions and community activities to volunteer coordination and funder reporting. You’ll work directly alongside artists, instructors, families and volunteers, making sure everyone is safe, supported and able to thrive. You’ll oversee safeguarding, personal support and wellbeing for artists, manage consent in line with the Mental Capacity Act, and act as a key liaison for families, providers and external professionals. At the same time, you’ll build and maintain outcomes monitoring systems that capture the real impact of this work — helping to secure the charity’s long-term sustainability and growth.
