About the Role
This is not your typical Business Analyst position – you’ll be at the very heart of a digital transformation journey. Combining technical expertise with strong business acumen, you’ll help drive meaningful change by aligning systems, processes, and people.
Key Responsibilities
1. Analyse, evaluate, and document business processes, systems, and requirements.
2. Ensure technical solutions deliver measurable value through defined success metrics and ROI tracking.
3. Work collaboratively with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
4. Develop and present business cases for new initiatives.
5. Partner with IT and Transformation teams to support successful solution delivery.
6. Monitor project performance, report on progress, and support technical product configuration.
7. Stay current with industry best practice in digital transformation and business analysis.

8. A proactive, analytical thinker with a passion for using technology to solve real-world problems.
9. Able to combine technical knowledge with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
10. Confident working in complex environments and adapting to changing priorities.
