Overview
As a Customer Service Advisor in our Business Contact Centre in Poole, you’ll provide an excellent level of professional customer service to our partners, business customers and store business hubs. You’ll investigate, support and guide cases through to resolution, handling a variety of inquiries with the aim of delivering world-class service while supporting Currys’ financial objectives.
Role overview
* Be an expert on all elements of customer service queries including refunds, credit queries, network tariffs, returns and handset exchanges, bolt-ons, bill queries, invoices, transfer of ownership, SIM swap, customer complaints, etc.
* Handle inbound calls, emails and social media queries in a professional, polite, accurate and efficient manner.
* Provide solutions that best support the customer in line with their needs, balancing excellent service with business objectives.
* Establish rapport and build relationships with customers while ensuring data safety and compliance procedures.
* Complete all queries relating to customer service accurately and within SLAs to maintain world-class service.
Requirements
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Great verbal and written communication with a confident, friendly approach.

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Resilient, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to prioritise workload across several work streams.
* IT skills to use Microsoft Office and in-house IT systems.

Contract: Permanent • Full Time • Grade 1
Salary: £25,521 per annum plus up to 10% bonus potential • 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
