Role
In our Dental Implant Category Manager role, you'll lead on growth, marketing initiatives, supplier partnerships and clinical engagement across our practice network. You will own the strategic growth, commercial performance and development of the Dental Implants category.
Responsibilities
* Develop a clear category growth strategy and delivery roadmap, established and agreed with senior stakeholders.
* Engage with clinicians, Regional Clinical Leads and practice teams across the network.
* Deliver tangible improvements in category performance, treatment uptake and patient access.
* Establish effective supplier partnerships delivering innovation, training and commercial value.
* Implement scalable treatment pathways and operational workflows across practices.
* Provide clear performance reporting and insight frameworks to support ongoing category development.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (Business, Commerce, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Life Sciences / Health Sciences).
* Some professional experience in category management, programme management or commercial project delivery, ideally within a structured or blue-chip organisation.
* Demonstrated ability to deliver cross-functional initiatives and drive implementation across multiple stakeholders.
* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clinicians, operational teams and senior leaders.
* Strong commercial awareness and analytical capability, with the ability to interpret data and drive performance improvement.
* Excellent communication, organisation and delivery skills.
Spending time in our practices is key for this role, so you’ll also need to have a full driving license and car – and we’ll cover all of your travel expenses.
