As we continue to grow, this role is vital to strengthen how we manage and develop client relationships and drive sustainable growth across the business.
Role Overview
The Lead Account Manager manages a portfolio of production clients and acts as the main point of contact for clients, working closely with our Production team and Sales. You’ll be responsible for keeping projects on track, maintaining clear communication, and ensuring work is delivered to a high standard. You’ll bring commercial awareness to your client relationships, taking ownership of contract renewals for your accounts and progressing additional work where appropriate.
