We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Pasta Evangelists Supporting our Takeaway Sites and Restaurants. The Maintenance Technician will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of pasta boilers, chillers and other related equipment. This position requires hands-on expertise in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair within a food and beverage manufacturing environment. At Pasta Evangelists, we are passionate about delivering high-quality pasta products to our customers. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be an integral part of our mission to maintain food excellence in our sites.
What you'll do at Pasta Evangelists:
* Contractor Management: Negotiating with contractors, establishing SLAs, ensuring professional and speedy service, and reviewing quote.
* Maintenance Platforms: Experience using and managing a maintenance platform to drive efficiencies.
* Compliance: Ensuring all sites are legally compliant regarding electrical testing, fire alarms, and duct cleaning, and establishing a program to maintain this.
* Operational Support: Working closely with operations teams to create a "How-to" program to reduce unnecessary call-outs.
* Budget & KPIs: Working within an agreed budget to find savings and meeting KPIs related to downtime, response time, and breakages.
* Preventative Maintenance: Implementing a PPM program to prevent future issues
Who you are:.
* You know how to manage, negotiate with, and get the absolute best out of external contractors. You hold partners accountable to high-quality, speedy service and strict SLAs, ensuring every quote makes financial sense.

You have a proven track record of utilizing modern maintenance management software (CMMS/CAFM) to streamline workflows, track assets, and drive operational efficiency.
* You take safety and regulations seriously. You have deep experience ensuring facilities are 100% legally compliant across electrical testing, fire safety, and specialized cleaning schedules
* You love working alongside operations teams. You have the communication skills to translate technical procedures into clear, user-friendly "How-to" guides, empowering teams and reducing unnecessary call-outs
