Account Director – Brand Experience / Experiential
Location: Surrey (Office-based 4 days per week)
Salary: £60,000
CoCo Group are supporting a leading creative brand experience agency in Surrey with the search for an exceptional Account Director to join their ambitious and highly collaborative team.

The Role
As Account Director, you’ll oversee client relationships and project delivery at the highest level. You’ll champion creative ideas, identify opportunities for growth, and lead teams to deliver outstanding experiential and brand campaigns. You’ll also play a key role in pitching, prospecting, and shaping new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead strategic and creative account direction, translating client objectives into inspiring briefs and campaigns
* Build trusted client relationships, providing insight-driven guidance and influencing at all levels
* Identify growth opportunities, creating and executing account growth plans
* Drive business development and pitch activity, delivering persuasive presentations and compelling storytelling
* Oversee project scoping, budgets, and timelines, balancing commercial priorities with creative freedom
* Collaborate across creative, strategy, and production teams to ensure exceptional delivery
* Maintain clear and persuasive communication internally and externally, including proposals, SOWs, and reporting
* Mentor and manage team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture
What We’re Looking For:
* 10+ years’ experience in brand experience, events or experiential design
* Proven track record with global technology or innovation-led clients
* Strategic thinker with commercial acumen and operational excellence
* Strong communicator, negotiator, and persuasive presenter
* Experience leading account growth and business development initiatives
* Passionate about creativity, technology, and innovative brand experiences
