Job Description
3. Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
4. Assist in preparing financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
5. Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow processes.
6. Support the budgeting process and monitor budget performance.
7. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
8. Work closely with team members to handle financial queries and provide support.
9. Assist in preparing for audits and liaise with auditors as required.
10. Contribute to improving financial processes and systems.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Officer should have:
11. Relevant qualifications in accounting or finance.
12. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office applications.
13. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
14. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines effectively.
15. Experience in the Not For Profit sector (desirable but not essential).

16. Hourly pay between £14.00 and £17.00, depending on experience.
