We will carefully match you to our clients in your local community, and you will support them to live happy, independent lives by providing:
* Companionship and help around the home
* Preparation and support with meals
* Prompting and assisting your client with their medication
* Supporting with personal care and to get dressed
* Social visits and support with appointments and shopping trips
Home Instead is unique in the care industry as all our visits are a minimum of 1 hour. We believe this time is necessary to establish meaningful relationships with your clients and make a real difference to their lives every day!
As a Care Professional at Home Instead, you will receive industry-leading training, excellent rates of pay, and 24/7 support from our office team.
* Excellent rates of pay: £12.00 Monday to Friday, £12.50 at weekends, and double time on bank holidays
* All visits are a minimum of one hour
* Paid mileage, 30p per mile
* Paid training
* Paid shadowing visits
* Ongoing support from Mentors
