Shift Pattern
This role operates on a rotating shift basis:
Week 1
4. Monday - Thursday: 4:00am - 2:00pm
5. Friday: 4:00am - 12:00pm
Week 2
6. Monday - Thursday: 2:00pm - 12:00am
7. Full-time hours across a rotating shift pattern
8. Comfortable working longer shifts across 4-5 working days
Pay Rate
9. £16.00 per hour
10. Ongoing, full-time work
The Role
As a Telehandler Operator, you will play a key role in supporting site operations, ensuring materials are moved safely and efficiently to maintain productivity.
Key responsibilities include:
11. Operating a Telehandler and/or Loading Shovel safely and effectively
12. Loading, transporting, and moving materials across the site
13. Supporting production, yard, or operational activities as required
14. Assisting the wider team to ensure smooth day-to-day site operations
15. Following all site health & safety procedures
16. Maintaining safe and efficient working practices at all times
What We're Looking For
Experience
17. Previous experience operating Telehandler/ Loading Shovel equipment within a similar industrial, production, or site-based environment
18. Confident working in a fast-paced operational setting
Qualifications
19. Valid CPCS or NPORS Ticket for Telehandler and Loading Shovel
20. Relevant, in-date operating certificates required
Skills & Attributes
21. Ability to work independently and manage tasks safely
22. Strong team player with a flexible, hands-on approach
23. Willingness to support wider site operations when needed
24. Reliable, safety-conscious, and proactive
