Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join the Integrated Therapy Services team at Bromley Healthcare. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a multidisciplinary service supporting patients with complex care needs in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct moving and handling assessments, including documentation and risk assessments
Complete comprehensive OT assessments focused on bathing and equipment provision
Deliver complex moving and handling solutions, including the use of specialised equipment
Carry out seating assessments and recommend appropriate interventions
Set achievable and patient-centred goals to support independence
Key Requirements:
HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist
Car driver with access to own vehicle is essential
Complex moving and handling assessments
Risk assessments and documentation
Equipment and seating provision
Goal setting within a community or integrated care setting
