The role is pivotal in supporting their electronics value stream, working closely with suppliers to ensure quality standards are met and exceeded. You would be responsible for: * Monitoring and improving supplier performance, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions. * Carrying out supplier audits, assessments, and leading improvement projects. * Working with suppliers on electronics, plastics, and rubber components to meet ISO 9001 and internal quality requirements. * Applying Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen, and statistical process control to strengthen supplier capabilities. * Acting as a liaison between suppliers and internal teams on quality-related matters. What they’re looking for: * 5+ years’ experience in supplier quality or related quality engineering roles. * Strong knowledge of quality systems (ISO 9001, SPC, DOE, audits). * Background in electronics, plastics, or rubber manufacturing. * A technical degree (mechanical, electrical, or manufacturing engineering preferred). * Six Sigma / Green Belt and Lean Manufacturing knowledge. * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. * Willingness to travel up to 20% (including occasional international).
