Our client, a well-respected independent estate agency, is seeking a self-employed Sales Valuer to cover the Stowmarket/Ipswich area, with a view to opening your very own estate agency!
The successful Sales Valuer will be offered:
1. On Target Earnings: £50,000 first year, £60,000 - £80,000 second year – uncapped!

To be considered for the Sales Valuer role, you must have:

13. Must hold a full driver's license
14. Experience conducting valuations and generating new business
As a Sales Vauer, your duties will include, but not be limited to:
15. Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the local area
16. Provide accurate market valuations for clients
17. Booking market appraisals
18. Growing market share
19. Build relationships with clients
