KS2 Teaching Assistant Level 3 x1 (Fixed Term Contract)
Al-Furqan Primary School is a Voluntary Controlled Islamic School. We are currently looking for a driven, positive and experienced candidates to work as Teaching Assistant in Early Years & KS2.
Full time 29.5 hours per week - term time only
Grade 3 £20,028 per annum
We are looking to appoint teaching assistants :
- Who has the ability to work with a range of children, working with groups or individuals in class or withdrawn.
- To be creative and knowledgeable of different strategies to use in the classroom.
- Who has the passion to ensure pupils are supported in an inclusive classroom environment.
- Who has a high level of literacy and numeracy skills (equivalent to GCSE grade C or above)
- To be proactive and work as a good team player, with members of staff and pupils alike.
- Who has experience of working with pupils with various special needs such as learning difficulties, autistic spectrum disorder and behavioural and emotional difficulties.
