We are looking for a fantastic individual with experience in recruitment coupled with a can-do attitude and a desire to progress into a mix of HR & recruitment. You will support on recruitment across the business and provide a professional HR service to employees.
The role is 32 hours per week, over 4 days and is paying a salary of £27K pro rata (£23,040 actual). It is on site role so you must be a driver and able to commute to the surrounding areas of Loughborough.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaise with department heads regarding job vacancies.
Manage communication with applicants and maintain candidate records.
Oversee vacancy advertising internally and externally.
Maintain and update internal job boards and candidate databases.
Source new recruitment platforms and manage relationships with external partners and agencies.
Create engaging job adverts and review job descriptions.
Support onboarding
Update recruitment website content and social media channels.
Produce relevant digital content to attract candidates and monitor engagement.
Assist with disciplinary and grievance processes.
Prepare new starter documentation, contracts, and onboarding processes.
Provide administrative support for HR processes and reporting.
Maintain internal HR system.
