£23,000 - £26,000 per annum.
DKF are representing a national asbestos removal company who now require an Office Coordinator to join their busy office in Todmorden. The company operate within several specialist sectors and regularly carry out projects within housing, education and local authority settings.
They are now seeking to add an Office Coordinator to their team where full industry specific training will be given. The role will involve working 9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday-Friday.
What your core responsibilities would be:
* Assisting with planning and preparation of regular and ongoing high frequency projects with clients.
* Preparation and management of project and site documentation.
* Scheduling work and allocating teams to sites/jobs.
* Liasing with clients and keeping them up to date.
* General administration duties familiar with office work.
To be considered for this role you must meet the following criteria:
* Must be computer literate and confident using Microsoft Office.
* Experience working within a similar role.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Highly organised with good time management.
* Proactive and adaptable as every day will be different.
