The role in short
We operate a fast-paced call-centre environment where we work to resolve any problems with customer orders in the form of inbound telephone calls, e-mail support requests, and live chat. We handle a high volume of inbound customer enquiries requiring focus, concentration and problem resolution.
Working Hours
Sunday - Thursday
Working Sunday 8am-4.30pm
Monday-Thursday 10:00am - 6:30pm
Shift premium of £2,750 per annum for working Sundays

Onto the nitty gritty
You will love helping people. Our approach is to say 'yes' to the customer and make them happy.
You will have a pro-active customer relationship style that empathises with the customers issue. Remaining positive and calm with customers, you will help by arranging returns, replacement products, investigating delivery issues, stock shortages, and fully resolving each customers specific issue.
You will be in contact with customers by a combination of:

* E-mail
