The Role
The Marketing Manager UK has a key role within the Marketing team that will require knowledge of marketing principles and the ability to deliver and execute campaigns under tight deadlines following brand guidelines. The individual will be a creative, results-driven professional, with a proven track record in project delivery, and developing and executing campaigns.
Principal Accountabilities
Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies:
1. Work with cross-functional teams to implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives in Continental markets.
2. Create, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
Market Research and Analysis:
3. Work closely with our insights team to ensure campaign activity is driven by data and insight.
4. Analyse competitor activities and industry trends to stay ahead of the curve.
Brand Management:
5. Oversee the maintenance of the brand identity across Physical touchpoints.
6. Ensure consistency in messaging across all channels and touchpoints.
Marketing Channels:
7. Execute cross channel campaigns across Offline, Digital and Social.
Project Management:
8. Manage the delivery of key marketing and brand related projects. This includes but is not limited to physical experience, train livery, terminals and wayfinding, ensuring that the brand is consistently applied.
9. Ensure all signage and experience, end to end, is clear for our customers.
10. Ability to pick up multiple projects that deliver on commercial and customer needs.
Budget Management:
11. Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
12. Monitor and analyse campaign effectiveness and return on investment.
Partners:
13. Effectively manage and brief agencies to deliver high quality campaigns.
Qualifications and Experience
14. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is an advantage.
15. Ideally a recognised marketing qualification. CIM, IDM.
16. Project/Product Management qualification is desirable but not essential.
17. Five years of experience in marketing.
18. Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
19. Strong project management and project delivery experience.
20. Bi-lingual or a high level of English and French, both written and spoken would be a distinct advantage.
21. A full Driving Licence and Passport are essential.
