Social Worker (Children)

Salary: Grade 7 to 9 £34,434 to £47,181 per year (starting salary will be dependent on previous experience)

Location Church Square House, Scunthorpe

Hours: 37 hours per week

DBS: Yes Enhanced with Barred List Check

What You’ll Do:

Work directly with children, young people, and families to create positive change
Be part of a forward-thinking local authority that puts people first
Collaborate with multi-agency professionals in a truly supportive culture

You’ll need to be:

* Registered (or registering) with Social Work England

* A qualified social worker (or due to qualify within 3 months)

* Legally entitled to work in the UK (please note we cannot offer visa sponsorship)

* A full UK driving licence & access to a car (with business insurance) to ensure you can independently travel around North Lincolnshire.

* Skilled in working with children, young people, and families

* Knowledgeable about statutory responsibilities in children’s social care

* A confident communicator and collaborator
