You'll:Identify and develop new, innovative RMX products aligned to market opportunitiesEvaluate designs against performance, cost, and commercial viabilityBuild strong relationships with internal teams and customers to spot opportunitiesPlan and execute laboratory and plant trialsEnsure compliance through audits and testing protocolsDeliver technical training to product support and operational teamsDrive continuous improvement across site and laboratory practicesMonitor and optimise control and batching systemsSupport integration of new products into mainstream production processesChampion safety, quality, and operational excellence in all activitiesWhat we’re looking forWe’re seeking a driven and collaborative technical professional with a passion for innovation.
