An opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to provide essential support within a K-12 educational setting in Warren, MI. This position focuses on addressing the communication needs of students, offering both onsite and potentially virtual services.
Qualifications:
* Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
* Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
* Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
* Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in a K-12 setting
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
* Familiarity with various speech and language disorders

Responsibilities:
* Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students speech and language needs
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
* Provide direct therapy services to students both onsite and via virtual platforms as needed
* Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student development
* Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided and progress made
