Business Analyst

Salary - £65,000 per annum
We’re seeking a proactive and detail-driven Business Analystto join our high profile banking client. This is a pivotal role supporting major customer migration initiatives, including the fallout from a recent migration and preparation for others down the line.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support large-scale customer migrations across mutual fund investment products (ISAs and Pensions).
* Manage post-migration issues and identify process improvements to reduce future risks.
* Handle a high volume of change requests, pushing for greater clarity and completeness to support regulatory requirements and internal standards.
* Prepare documentation for FCA approval in relation to migration compromises.
* Design and maintain manual workarounds and processes where automation is not yet possible.
* Leverage strong Excel skills to manage data compromises, track changes, and join up spreadsheets across multiple teams.
* Collaborate closely with a small core team and a broader group of stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions and comprehensive impact assessments.
About You:
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within financial services or investment products.
* Strong data analysis skills with advanced Excel capability (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, etc.).
* Experience working on customer migrations, particularly those requiring weekend or bank holiday deployment.
* Ability to manage and prioritise a high volume of change requests in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong documentation skills and familiarity with regulatory processes, particularly FCA-related.
* Comfortable working across multiple teams and engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
