Our clients 100 plus place Nursery in Hook, part of a lovely small boutique group, are growing and looking for Early Years Professionals to join their team, including being a 2nd in the room.. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing nursery, either full time 41 hrs a week, or part time (min 27 hrs) as 3 or 4 days, salary is up to £29,120 depending on qualifications, experience and working hours, together with great benefits and opportunities for further qualifications and career opportunities.

Essential for the Nursery Practitioner role
Level 3 or above Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)
Experience in a nursery or early years setting and in leadership
Knowledge of child development, EYFS, and safeguarding
Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences
Ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements
Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Ideal Nursery Practitioner Candidate
Passionate about early years and children’s development

Requirements
Essential for the Nursery Room Leader Role Level 2 Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant) Minimum 1 year’s experience leading a room in a nursery or early years setting Knowledge of child development, EYFS, and safeguarding Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences within your room and the wider nursery setting Ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues in the nursery setting
