Brownlee Cale are working with a North East based Civil Engineering firm to hire an Assistant Procurement Administrator to assist with their upcoming projects.
Responsibilities:
* Raise and manage Purchase Orders for both internal and external procurement needs
* Ensure internal systems are accurately updated
* Communicate within internal teams and external suppliers to coordinate orders and resolve queries
* Process delivery documentation, resolve any discrepencies in paperwork or received goods
* Support the Buyer in procuring new suppliers
* Investigate discrepencies in Purchase Orders and GRNI
* Perform statement reconcilliations
* Provide other general administrative responsibilities
Requirements:
* Previous experience within Construction or Civil Engineering procurement or administration
* IT proficient in applications such as Microsoft Office and Business systems
* Ability to efficiently manage workloads to meet deadlines and targets
