Project Manager - Commercial Fit Out (D&B Cat B) Location: Birmingham (office-based with flexible home & site working) Salary: £75,000 – £85,000 package bonus Projects: Up to £2m D&B Cat B Fit Out We are a growing commercial fit out contractor delivering high-quality Design & Build Cat B schemes across the UK. With a strong pipeline of work, we are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager who is commercially astute, client-focused and proactive in their approach. This is not a site-based role. You will operate between our Birmingham office, live sites and home, with flexibility around where you work best. The Role You will take full ownership of projects from early design input through to completion, working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams to deliver successful outcomes. Key responsibilities include: * Managing D&B Cat B fit out projects up to £2m * Leading projects from design development through procurement, construction and handover * Providing meaningful design input alongside consultants and the in-house team * Managing programme delivery using Microsoft Project * Commercial management including cost control, variations and reporting * Acting as the main point of contact for clients, building strong and lasting relationships * Proactively identifying and managing risks, rather than reacting to issues * Coordinating teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard Upcoming projects are located in Birmingham, Milton Keynes, Manchester and Leeds. All travel expenses are fully covered. About You You will be an experienced Project Manager within the commercial fit out sector who enjoys taking responsibility and driving projects forward.
