Role: Agricultural Sales Manager
Location: Chelmsford

We are looking for an experienced Agricultural Sales/Brand Manager to lead and grow the sales of a leading agricultural machinery brand within a well-established dealership group.
The Role:
1. Manage sales of tractors, combines, balers, and associated implements
2. Build strong customer and supplier relationships
3. Negotiate terms, stocking levels, and supplier agreements
4. Drive marketing initiatives and brand awareness
5. Analyse performance data to support growth
About You:
6. Proven background in agricultural machinery sales, ideally with management experience
7. Strong knowledge of the agricultural sector and equipment
8. Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills
9. Confident using IT systems and analysing data
10. Self-motivated, commercially driven, and customer-focused
